We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with all included accessories. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@viven.store. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the correct return shipping address and instructions. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to any address without prior authorization. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products, personalized items, hygiene-sensitive items that have been used or opened, products marked as final sale, and gift cards. Promotional or discounted items are eligible for return unless they are clearly marked as final sale.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
UK/EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the United Kingdom or the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, unless an exception applies under applicable law. The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with all included accessories.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@viven.store.
